Any leader, any youth worker, anyone that you are going to ask will tell you that if you want to have a successful line in your life and in your work, you need to surround yourself with the right people. Knowing and having their own skills this is something that is going to help them to successfully guide and develop their teams' skills. We've compiled a list of eight essential issues that will help anyone to take self-knowledge to self-improvement to the next level and we are going to get them thinking out of the box for self-improvement of their selves so to be able to have a successful career and a successful life according to their needs. Through this training we aim to emphasize on the following subjects:

1. Create cultural awareness among participants. To ensure the best possible outcomes of the project, the priority is to practice activities that will create cultural awareness among participants as well as team spirit and positive energy.

2. Raise awareness about the existence of discrimination and the possible personal and professional implications that may affect an individual. All participants will be required to prepare a small presentation (homework) of the discrimination and its implications in their countries. The presentation of the homework will raise awareness between participants for how discrimination affects people around the world. Also Raise awareness about ourselves, strengths and weaknesses. The presentation of the homework will raise awareness between participants for how self-awareness affects people around the world.

3. Raise awareness about ourselves, strengths and weaknesses. All participants will be required to prepare a small presentation (homework) concerning self-awareness, strengths, weaknesses and the reasons for having self-knowledge.

4. Raise awareness about Human Rights (HR). During the training, the participants will be firstly trained by legal specialist about Human Rights. They will learn the most important human rights according to international laws and conventions. Then, the participants will play a role game (by choosing incidentally a role of a deprived-of a human right-person) and imagine how differently would be his self-awareness and whether/how his way of thinking would be affected.

5. Provide the relevant knowledge and involve participants in activities that will enable them to criticize and attempt to eliminate any form of discrimination. During the Training, we will make a lot of activities with role-playing and group discussions that involve participants in scenarios of different types of discrimination either in personal or professional life.

6. Introduce and promote the concept of SELF-AWARENESS: In order to transfer the knowledge of the concept of Self-awareness, an experienced MBA passionate person will participate in the training by leading a workshop and sharing real life experience and examples. The workshop will include interactive activities and some techniques that will introduce participants to the field and provide them insights into real-life practices of self-improvement.

7. Examine ways of how self-awareness and HR coexist, how self-awareness can contribute to dealing with discrimination in either personal or group level and how self-awareness can contribute to dealing with deprivation of HR. The abovementioned relevant activities are of that nature where all participants will have the chance to create, build and analyze all the information they get from the project.

8. Examine ways on how innovation can promote our self-improvement and how self-improvement can promote innovation. In order to approach the need of innovation, an entrepreneur who used innovative ideas to build and promote his entrepreneurship and who is very successful will participate in the training by leading a workshop and sharing real-life experience.

The different activities are scheduled in a way that will facilitate the purpose of the training and lead to the best possible results. In the first days, there is a focus on team building activities and introduction to the subjects of self-awareness, self-improvement, HR, and innovation. Furthermore, there will be presentations by each country where they will present the situation in their countries related to the topics. In this way, the participants will bond with each other, develop trust, feel more comfortable and have better communication. Once this is achieved and they become familiar with the subjects of self-improvement and innovation, they will have the opportunity, based on guidelines and real-life examples mentioned, to develop a project that will put in practice all the theories discussed
